The Link-Belt HTC-8650 is a nimble telescopic truck crane. It has a maximum lift capacity of 50 tons (45 t), a main boom max length of 110 ft. (34 m), and a 56 ft. (17 m) max jib length. The Link-Belt HTC-8650 is driven by a six-cylinder Detroit Diesel series 50 8.5 L engine that produces up to 315 (235 kW) and a 100-galgallon (379 L) fuel tank. It comes with an Eaton RTO 11909AL transmission system with 11 forward speeds and 3 reverse speeds, making it an excellent crane for projects that require maneuverability in tight spaces.

It comes standard with a fully enclosed cab that is loaded with lots of features that’ll keep operators happy. Items in the cab, which is made from fiber composite material, include: a dome light, a defroster for the front windows, travel lights, an air dryer, an electric engine block heater, a cab heater, an adjustable steering wheel, and a comfortable operator’s seat. All electronics are powered by the standard 12-volt electric system.

For those looking to push this telescopic truck crane even further, there are several options available to do just that. Some of these include: an internal RCL light bar, air conditioning for the cab, a swing lock, an additional lifting sheave, and an assortment of hook blocks.
