ARES CORPORATION AND BIGGE SIGN A TEAMING AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE NUCLEAR POWER PLANT SERVICES

SAN LEANDRO, Calif., February 27, 2004- Bigge Power Constructors and ARES Corporation have signed a teaming agreement to jointly provide services to nuclear customers involved with Decommissioning, Long Term Spent Fuel Storage and Transportation, and other services.

Under the terms of the agreement, ARES and Bigge will pursue project opportunities in the commercial nuclear utility and / or DOE-related markets.
