The Grove RT980 rough terrain crane has a capacity of 80 tons and a 4‑section boom with a maximum length of 115 feet. It has a telescoping swing-away lattice extension of 33 feet, with an optional extension. It also features rugged a deep box section frame designed to handle tough conditions, and a host of other features which enhance its usefulness and flexibility at the job site.
