Tadano ATF 200G-5 Crane Overview and Specifications

The Tadano ATF 200 G‑5 is an all-terrain crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 220 tons. It has a maximum boom length of 197 feet and a maximum jib length of 118.1 feet.

The carrier of the Tadano ATF 200 G‑5 is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 471 LA engine. This 6‑cylinder engine is water-cooled, diesel powered, is rated at 530 horsepower, and has a gas tank with a maximum capacity of 159 lons. The superstructure engine is also constructed by Mercedes-Benz. The OM 934 LA is a 4‑cylinder diesel engine with water cooling. The OM 934 LA is rated at 75 horsepower and has a gas tank max capacity of 66 lons. The hydraulic system is made up of one power controlled axial piston twin pump and one axial piston pump. The dual circuit hydraulic steering system is a ZF Servocom.

The six-section boom is made of high tensile fine-grained steel. One base section and five telescoping sections that are extended by a single telescopic cylinder can be extended at partial load. 7 sheaves were added to the boom head to increase strength and stability of the boom. The outrigger system is made up of 4 point double telescopic hydraulic outriggers. It can be controlled on either side of the carrier and in the cab of the crane.
