The Grove RT875E- A Rough Terrain Crane for the Modern Jobsite
Dec 11 2017
The Grove RT875E is a rough terrain crane for the modern jobsite. When crafting the RT875E, the Grove team focused on creating a strong and reliable boom, a comfortable cab, and an overall powerful crane.
The 128-foot boom is a four sectioned fully powered boom. A U shaped MEGAFORM design was chosen when creating this boom, increasing capacity, eliminating the need for stiffeners, and reducing the overall weight of the boom. An offsettable bi-fold lattice swingway jib extends the tip height an additional 56 feet. The four hydraulic outriggers have inverted jacks and integral holding valves, these single-stage double box beam outriggers have multiple position settings to conform to your job’s needs. A standard Cummins engine with 275HP is within the crane. A range shift transmission, a 4-wheel drive and steer, and ability to move with the boom extended are also included. These features allow for easy maneuverability around the jobsite. The RT875E cab has a suspension seat, ergonomically placed controls, and a full vision cab that tilts up to 20 degrees. An extra wide view provides increased safety around the jobsite and a comfortable crane allows for longer, more efficient days.
To wrap up, the Grove RT875E could be perfect for you if you need:
- A 128’ U shaped MEGAFORM Boom
