Here at Bigge, our O&M Team work closely with clients, providing preplanned, safety-oriented logistics that includes expert engineering, lift planning, project management, and support. Next, we select the perfect crane most suitable for this line of work. We have the best all-terrain cranes on the market, like the 500-ton capacity Liebherr LTM 1400, the 265-ton capacity Liebherr LTM 1220, and hydraulic truck cranes, like the 75-ton Link-Belt HTC 8675. Once the work begins, a trailer delivers the accessory dwelling unit to a crane rigged in at a typical single-family residential property. Our rigging crew and contractors then prepare the ADU for lifting with spreader bars, slings, and boat straps. The pick lifts the ADU off the trailer and lowers it onto a waiting foundation.
