The Alimak Scando 650 is a rack-and-pinion construction hoist designed for vertical transport of personnel and materials on demanding construction sites. With higher payload capacities, a flexible modular design, and group control support for up to six cars, the 650 is engineered for efficient jobsite logistics on mid- and high-rise structures.

    Car lengths range from 9 ft 2 in to 16 ft 5 in. Multiple ramp and door options support site-specific configurations, including up to three access points at each level.
  • Higher Load Capacities
    Handles between 3,300 lb and 7,054 lb per car, depending on configuration. Maximum load space reaches 610 ft³.
  • Group Control System
    ALC-II microprocessor system enables coordinated movement for up to six hoist cars. It selects the closest available car based on call location to reduce wait times. Built-in fault diagnostics included.
  • Energy-Efficient Motor Control
    Frequency-controlled drive system allows for smooth starts and stops, reduced mechanical wear, and up to 40% lower energy consumption compared to earlier models.
