Comansa 5LC3510 LOAD CHART AND SPECS — Flat-Top TOWER CRANES

Comansa 5LC3510 cranes are the smallest flat-top tower cranes in the entire Comansa product line. Comansa 5LC3510 cranes have a maximum reach of up to 35 meters (114.8 ft.), where it can load up to 1,000 kg, or 1,100 kg (2 200 lb. or 2 430 lb.). This crane series also has the ability to stretch its capabilities, here are a few options available, an automatic trolley cable tensioner, a frequency-controlled hoisting and trolley mechanism, radio remote controls, and a frequency inverter.

There are two models within the series — Comansa 5LC3510-4t and Comansa 5LC3510-5t.

Comansa 5LC3510-4t is an easy-to-assemble tower crane that has a max lift capacity of 4 tons (3.6 t), a main boom max length of 171 ft. (52 m), and a max jib length of 115 ft. (35 m). Assembling this crane is a simplified process courtesy of the Flat Top system that comes standard. This mechanism allows for the efficient installation of light parts and larger units that come pre-assembled, and all this can typically be done directly from the truck. With his system, there’s no need to pre-assemble jib sections on the ground since they can be directly fitted on the crane, and the complications of installing pendant-lines have been removed.

The Comansa 5LC3510-4t also features a spacious cab that provides the operator with a wide view of the worksite. Other items in the panoramic cab include tinted windows, a fire extinguisher, a comfortable operator’s seat, ergonomic crane controls, optional air conditioning, thermal and acoustical lining, a cup holder, an ashtray, windshield wipers, and a CD/MP3 player.

Comansa 5LC3510-5t tower crane has a max lift capacity of 5 tons (4.5 t), a max jib length of 115 ft. (35 m), and a main boom max length of 171 ft. (52 m). It features a full vision, panoramic cab that is stacked with accessories operators will appreciate. Some of these include thermal and acoustical insulation, an optional air conditioning system, tinted windows, ergonomically designed crane controls, a CD/MP 3 player, a fire extinguisher, a comfortable operator’s seat, an ashtray, and a cup holder. It also features a Lincomatic digital load indication system that increases the efficiency of the crane.

Comansa 5LC3510-5t is a lot easier to assemble than many other similar tower cranes in its class thanks to the Flat Top system that comes standard. With this system, larger pre-assembled sections and smaller parts can be safely and quickly installed from the truck. The hassle of installing pendant-lines is removed with the Flat Top system, and there’s no need to pre-assemble jib sections on the ground either. Jib sections can be fitted directly on the crane and each other, an asset that comes in handy when working in restrictive spaces.
