Comansa 5LC4010 LOAD CHART AND SPECS — FLAT-TOP TOWER CRANES

Comansa 5LC4010 crane series is a flat-top tower crane. This model is perfectly suited for projects that require a reach up to 40 meters (131 ft.) and a maximum capacity of 5 US tons. There are two models within the series — Comansa 5LC4010-4t and Comansa 5LC4010-5t.

Comansa 5LC4010-4t is an easy-to-erect tower crane. It has a max lift capacity of 4 tons (3.6 t), a main boom max length of 171 ft. (52 m), and a max jib length of 130 ft. (40 m). It’s an easy crane to assemble thanks to the Flat Top system that makes it a lot easier to transport and erect than other similar tower cranes in its class. With this mechanism, smaller parts and large ones that come pre-assembled can be easily erected, usually from the back of the truck. There is no need to pre-assemble jib sections on the ground since they can now be directly fitted on the crane and each other. Furthermore, the complications of installing pendant-lines have been eliminated.

Comansa 5LC4010-4t also comes with some noteworthy safety features like a Forbidden Zone function for working in tight spaces, an anti-collision system to prevent accidents on worksites, and a Lincomatic digital load indication system that provides the operator with a wide range of data.

Comansa 5LC4010-5t is a tower crane that has a max lift capacity of 5 tons (4.5 t), a main boom max length of 171 ft. (52 m), and a max jib length of 130 ft. (40 m). It hosts a spacious, full vision cab that is fitted with lots of accessories operators will appreciate. Some of the items in the panoramic cab include tinted windows, ergonomically designed crane controls, a fire extinguisher, optional air conditioning, a comfortable operator’s seat, a CD/MP3 player, an ashtray, a cup holder, thermal and acoustical insulation, and windshield wipers.

It features a cutting-edge Flat Top system that makes it one of the easiest cranes in its class to assemble. This system allows for the quick and safe installation of lighter parts or larger pre-installed sections, typically right from the back of the truck. With this system, there’s no need to bother with the complications of installing pendant-lines, and there is no need to pre-assemble jib sections on the ground either since they can be directly fitted onto the crane and each other.
