Comedil CTT 141A-6 Crane Overview and Specifications

The Comedil CTT 161A‑6 is a flat top tower crane with a modular design, it provides various configurations that can be built specifically for your project. Setting up the crane is quick, it features economical-yet powerful motors providing high lifting capacity. This tower crane has a max lift capacity of 6 metric tons (6.6 U.S. tons), the jib reaches out to a max. of 65 m (223 ft). The lifting capacity at maximum length is 1.45 metric tons (1.59 U.S. tons). The upper structure of the crane comes with a cross girder, ballast, complete counter-jib, and counterweights. There is a safety cable (for the whole length of the jib) thus allowing the crane operators and maintenance engineers to fasten themselves with the special safety belt when walking along with it.

The Terex CTT 161A‑6 comes with the option of choosing between two hoist wenches, (1) 18 APC 30 hoist drive system that operates using 56 kVA connection or (1) 22 AFC 30 hoist drive system that uses 62 kVA connection. The slewing drive on this crane is an SSR 2 2 65 which gives it excellent maneuverability and high precision. The Terex CTT tower crane series features transfer mats which can combine flat top, luffing jib, and hammerhead tower cranes, allowing more flexibility to get the job done. Transfer mats allow for a wide range of combinations.

The CTT 161A‑6 features the EVO15 cabin is designed with a new ergonomic joystick for precise maneuvering of loads and an anti-glare, multi-language display that provides data to the operator. The crane uses load, wind speed, and height indicators which then alert the operator of any potential dangers.
