KOBELCO CK1100 crane series load chart and specifications

The Kobelco CK1100 crane series are hydraulic crawler cranes with a max. lifting capacity of 110 U.S. tons, a maximum crane boom length of 200 ft, and a 60 ft jib. The boom and jib attachments consist of welded lattice construction using tubular, high-tensile steel chords with pin connections between sections. Optional inserts and sheaves are available as well.

There are two models within the series: Kobelco CK1100G and Kobelco CK1100G‑2.

The Kobelco CK1100G is equipped with a Hino J08E-UV series, inline 6 cylinders, water-cooled, with direct fuel injection, and a turbocharger. It puts out 285 HP, with a fuel tank that holds 400 liters to ensure high efficiency and long working hours. The CK1100G has a hydraulic folding type gantry that is fitted with a sheave frame for boom reeving, providing full up and down positions with linkage. It also features an eco-friendly operating mode called​“G Mode” that eliminates needless operations and engine functions for reduced fuel consumption.

The Kobelco CK1100G is reliable, is simple to maintain, and is easy to transport. The cab is enclosed with an all-glass full vision panel. The auxiliary controls and instruments are mounted on the side console for convenience. To ensure the crane is working to its full capabilities the crane has a Load Moment Indicator (LMI) integrated. The LMI gives the operator a full display of live essential data of the crane’s operations.

In addition to the Kobelco CK1100G, we offer the Kobelco CK1100G‑2.

The CK1100G‑2 has proven to be reliable, energy-efficient with its G‑mode technology, and operator-friendly with the newly improved cab, which includes a redesigned 12” touch monitor. Save up to 30% on fuel consumption using the three- energy-efficient G‑modes controlling idle time and reduction without losing productivity. All G‑2 series cranes also come standard with the KCross system (Crane Remote Observation Satellite System) allowing for remote monitoring and detailed reports of the crane’s data. For those looking for more lines, a third drum installation is optional.
