Liebherr LTM 1050 Crane Overview and Specifications

The Liebherr LTM 1050 is an excellent mobile hydraulic crane for projects that require maneuverability in tight spaces. It comes standard with a main boom max length of 125 ft. (38 m), a 52 ft. (16 m) max jib length, and a maximum lift capacity of 55 tons (50 t).

It’s powered by a six-cylinder, Turbocharged and after-cooled Liebherr type D936L A6 diesel engine that produces up to 367 (270 kW) and an automated ZF AS-TRONIC gearbox with 12 forward speeds and 2 reverse speeds. It has a 92-gallon (348 L) fuel tank and maintenance-free suspension cylinders thanks to its hydro-pneumatic suspension system.

The cab comes standard with safety glazing all around, air conditioning, an engine-independent hot water heater, acoustical lining, air-sprung operator and passenger seats, and ergonomic crane controls. The Liebherr LTM 1050 also comes with a host of safety features that keep worksite accidents to a minimum. These include: a hoist limit switch, a test system for servicing, a LICCON load limit indicator, and safety valves to prevent pipe and hose damage.
