Liebherr LTM 1150 Crane Overview and Specifications

The Liebherr LTM 1150 is an excellent mobile hydraulic crane. It has a maximum lift capacity of 176 tons (160 t), a max jib length of 141 ft. (43 m), and a main boom max length of 176 ft. (160 m). It’s powered by a water-cooled, eight-cylinder Liebherr type D9508 A7 diesel engine which produces up to 544 (400 kW) and a 127-galgallon (481 liter) fuel tank.

The torsion-resistant, box-design frame is made out of fine-grain structural steel with a triple-roller slewing rim. It comes with a hydraulically-lockable, hydropneumatic suspension system that allows automatic leveling. All axles are fitted with dual circuit disc brakes with additional brakes on the exhaust flap and gear box, and a spring-loaded hand brake.

The Liebherr LTM 1150 comes standard with a fully-equipped, sheet-steel cab which is mounted on rubber shock absorbers. Other features include: safety glazing, operating instruments, and a comfortable operator seat. These include: additional counterweights, a swing-away jib, a telescopic boom extension, and a 2nd hoist gear.
