TADANO GR1200XL SERIES (TADANO GR-1200XL)

The Tadano GR1200XL series are hydraulic rough terrain cranes with a 120-ton lifting capacity. The​“GR” stands for Global Rough Terrain in Tadano’s GR product line. There has only been one model for this series, which is the GR1200XL‑3. There have been 3 revisions of the GR1200XL‑3 models.

All models have 2 hoists, the main hoist, and an auxiliary hoist. An Eco-Mode function is featured on all GR1200XL models and is equipped with HELLO-NET, a telematics-based internet website that provides customers with machinery management information.

The first version of the GR1200XL‑3 (2017) has a rope length of 771 inches for the main drum. Versions after the (2017) model the rope length for the GR1200XL‑3 was extended to reach up to 984 inches. What differentiates the latest revision of the GR1200XL‑3 (2018) model is Smart Chart technology. Smart Chart expands the working area shape from a circular cone to a square pyramid, which allows you to get the most of the crane performance in any outrigger extension setups.
