The Terex Quadstar 1075L is a rough terrain crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 82 tons. The maximum boom length is 138 feet and the maximum jib length is 45 feet. 

The Quadstar 1075L is a five stage formed boom, with a minimum luffing angle of ‑2 degrees and a maximum luffing angle of 78 degrees, takes 75 seconds to raise and 84 seconds to lower completely, and takes 149 seconds to extend and 155 seconds to retract completely. 

The hoist system is made up of a rope roller device powered by a hydraulic motor with a normally engaged brake. The hoist system can operate at two different speeds and can operate at 262 feet per minute. The counterweight system weighs 9.8 tons. The hydraulic system is made up of two piston pumps and one gear pump. 

The cab of the Quadstar 1075L has features that comfort the operator such as air conditioning, ergonomically placed controls, and an adjustable seat and features that keep the operator and others on the jobsite safe such as a load indicator, an adjustable working light outside of the cab, and extra wide windows. 

The Quadstar 1075L is powered by a Cummins QSB6.7 Stage III diesel engine. The Tier III compliant engine has 6 cylinders and is rated at 219 horsepower. The transmission system is 6×6 and is equipped with a torque converter. The Terex Quadstar 1075L operates in 2‑wheel drive in high range mode and 4‑wheel drive in low range mode.
