Xtreme XR1642 Crane Overview and Specifications
The XR1642 is an XTREME telehandler with a maximum lift capacity of 16000 pounds. The maximum lift height is 41 feet and 7 inches and the maximum forward reach is 24 feet and 7 inches. The 2‑section boom is outfitted with heavy-duty rollers to ensure that the boom lasts longer and breaks less than its competitors.
Powering the XR1642 is a Perkins 130 engine. A 72-galgallon fuel tank allows the Perkins engine to keep working for hours. A 4‑speed transmission system and an auxiliary hydraulic circuit with quick attach provides smooth transport throughout the jobsite.
The cab of the XR1642 was designed with safety and operator comfort in mind. 360-degree panoramic visibility paired with adjustable controls and seating allow the operator to get the angle they need to ensure safe lifts and travel. XTREME has an industry leading warranty program that covers damage to the crane up to 10 years after purchase.
