Zoomlion ZCC1100H Crane Overview and Specifications

The compact and flexible Zoomlion ZCC1100H is a small crawler crane that packs a powerful punch. It has a 100 metric ton (110 U.S. ton) capacity, with a 67m (220 foot) main boom length and a 18m (59’) two position fixed jib. Part of the Zoomlion line exported for the U.S. market, these cranes were designed by U.S. engineers and made with world class parts from the best manufacturers in the world.

Key features of this crane include its ease of transport. The main crane assembly weight less than 100,000 pounds with tracks and boom base section still installed. A standard counterweight removal system and movable A‑frame permits the crane to self-assemble. Standard is a Cummins QSL9-280 Tier III diesel engine. Boom, swing, main, and auxillary winch functions are controlled with multi-axis joystick controls. the Zoomlion ZCC1100H employs a PLC control system with CAN-BUS communications to ensure complete system functionality and easy diagnostics.

Also included is the PAT Hirschmann HC4900 LMI (load moment indicator), one the industry’s leading electronic monitoring system available. The ZCC1100H has a full vision operators cab designed for maximum comfort and ease of operation. Optional are two 44,000 pound line pull free winches, which offer full range, free fall capacity and a third drum that is available in standard or free fall editions.
