Comansa 11LC90 LOAD CHART AND SPECS — FLAT-TOP TOWER CRANES

Comansa 11LC90 cranes are flat-top tower cranes. The 11LC90 model is the only one in the 1100 Series with 1.2‑meter-wide monoblock tower sections. This series is known to be easier to assemble in tight spaces. This series has a maximum load of either 11,020 lb or 13,230 lb.

There are two models within the series — Comansa 11LC90-5t and Comansa 11LC90-6t.

Comansa 11LC90-5t tower crane has a max lift capacity of 5 tons (4.5 t), a main boom max length of 127 ft. (39 m), and a max jib length of 172 ft. (52 m). It incorporates a new lifting mechanism that comes with more cable capacity on the drum, and, thus, higher under-hook heights. There is also an optional mechanism with 45 kW and 3,280 ft. (1,000 m) of cable that is specially designed to work at high altitudes. This crane also comes with a semi-automatic trolley cable tensioning system and a Lincomatic digital load indication system. This mechanism is compatible with a SMIE anti-collision system for onsite installation. Another interesting feature is the two-motor slewing system which reduces and distributes the stress on the crown wheel, making the crane more stable in windy conditions.

Comansa 11LC90-6t is an easy-to-erect tower crane. It has a max lift capacity of 6 tons (5.4 t), a main boom max length of 127 ft. (39 m), and a max jib length of 172 ft. (52 m). The jib sections are 8.2 ft (2.5 m) long, which increases possibilities when it comes to load and range combinations, giving it a wider range than its predecessors. The operator cab is installed at the optimum height, providing operators with a wide range of vision. The cab is smartly fitted on a spacious platform, allowing easier access to the crane’s operator controls. This crane features an optional Lincomatic digital load indication system which enables the storage of the latest work data and allows the crane to operate safely in tight worksite conditions. This mechanism is compatible with the SMIE anti-collision system for onsite installation. It also features a cutting edge lifting mechanism that provides more cable capacity on the drum, and, also, higher under-hook heights. Furthermore, there is an optional mechanism, with 45 kW and 3,280 ft. (1,000 m) of cable, available that is specifically designed for high-altitude worksites.
