The Linden Comansa model 21 LC 170 is a stationary tower crane with a maximum lift capacity of 12 metric tons (13.22 U.S. tons). The horizontal jib has a maximum length of 62 m (203 ft). The crane’s lifting capacity while at maximum length is 2.2 metric tons (2.42 U.S. tons). This crane is versatile and has multiple configurations depending whether or not if it is using a concrete foundation or undercarriage. The maximum hook height of the crane is 60 m (196.8 ft). Different counterweights are used depending on the length and height of the jib.

The 21 LC170 is equipped with one winch with an option of adding 2 additional winches. The crane operates using a 400 volt power capacity and the trolley system has single/double reeving capabilities with automatic changeover. That provides maximum performance and speed at any jib length, increasing the crane’s efficiency.
