Comedil CBR 21H Crane Overview and Specifications

The Terex/​Comedil CBR 21H is a self-erecting tower crane, excellent for working in compact areas where movement is limited. Their small footprint and radius movement is great for an urban environments. This tower crane has a maximum lift capacity of 1.6 metric tons (1.76 U.S. tons). The maximum jib length is 21 m (69 ft.), and the lifting capacity while jib is at maximum length is .6 metric tons (.66 U.S. tons). There are multiple jib configurations that can be used to set-up, including a folded jib or raised 15°. The tower, jib, and tie bars have been vanized helping prevent corrosion from the weather making it reliable.

Transporting the CBR 21H is simple and excellent for the road, it can fit on one truck or in an open top container. It measures out at 12 m (39.3 ft.). A hydraulic system is used to erect itself and unfold the jib. There are 3 different power modes, depending on the amount of voltages being used the hoist speeds vary. For smooth movement the motions are controlled by a frequency converter. Setting up is quick and easy with the help of the automated systems that are integrated with the crane. A base ballast comes included with the crane.
