Kobelco CKS1350 Crane Overview and Specifications

The Kobelco CKS1350 is an excellent hydraulic crawler crane for projects that require heavy lifting. It has a max lift capacity of 149 tons (135 m), a main boom max length of 250 ft. (76 m), and a max jib length of 100 ft. (30.5 m). It’s powered by a Turbocharged and after-cooled four-cycle HINO P11C-VH engine which generates up to 363 (271 kW) and a 106-galgallon (400 L) fuel tank.

The boom hoisting system is driven by a hydraulic motor that works through a planetary reducer, and it comes standard with a hydraulically-released, multiple-disc brake which is mounted on the boom hoist system The Kobelco CKS1350 also hosts an operator-friendly, fully-enclosed cab. It comes standard with safety glass, air conditioning, a cigarette lighter, a cup holder, a footrest, sun visor, a tool compartment, and a deluxe operator seat.

It also comes with several cutting-edge safety features that significantly minimize the odds of worksite accidents. Some of these include: a counterweight detection system which reduces counterweight setting errors, a monitor which provides the operator with clear images of hard-to-see angles, external alarms that go off during movements, a one-way call system to ensure operator safety, and easy-to-see crawler movement directional markings.
