Zoomlion ZCC1100 Crane Overview and Specifications

The Zoomlion ZCC1100 hydraulic crawler features a main boom that extends to 67m (220 ft.), made of high strength steel and pinned with positive lock pins. The fixed jib has a maximum length 18m (59 ft.) with a 10° & 30° offset, and has a lifting capacity of 100 metric tons (110 U.S. tons). Booms and jibs have optional additional adjustable sections. A Cummins QSL9-280 inline 6 cylinder intercooled turbo diesel engine powers the ZCC1100. With a maximum torque @ 1500 and a 402L engine ensure high efficiency.

The whole vehicle uses CAN bus technology, which connects the engine, PLC controller and digital display together with fault detection and self-diagnosis functions. A standard counterweight removal system and movable A‑frame allows the crane to self-assemble. 2 – 5t (22,000 ) carbody counterweights are also included. Standard two speed main and auxiliary come with the Zoomlion ZCC1100. Rope is rotation resistant and compacted strand. Two optional free fall winches are available and offer full range, free fall capability. If necessary, a third drum is available with the option of standard or free fall winch. Each winch comes with planetary reduction and spring along with multiple disk wet brakes.

The cab is ergonomically designed with the driver in mind, full-vision view, adjustable seat, with heater and A/C available. Easy view dashboard of gauges and monitors on the dashboard. The ZCC1100 also comes with Hirschmann LMI control system that relays crane information and diagnostics.
