The Broderson IC-200-3G is a versatile carry deck crane, its compact size makes it great for maintenance and industrial projects in constrained environments and easy transport. With its low profile and heavy-duty chassis, this crane can carry heavy loads and maneuver efficiently.

The maximum lift capacity is 36,000 lbs on outriggers, without the outriggers the max pick and carry capacity is 17,000 lbs. Using four hydraulic out & down outriggers of box-beam construction with direct-connected holding valves the operator can independently control each outrigger. The hydraulic system is a tandem pump, direct-driven by an engine crankshaft. The boom length is 50 ft/15.24 m and a max horizontal reach of 66 ft/20.11 m. The boom is a 4 section boom with a worm drive box for greater reliability and capable of 360° continuous rotation.

The engine can be a turbo-charged diesel engine or V6 engine. It comes with a powershift transmission. Standard 2-wheel drive, full hydraulic steering unit with two 3-inch cylinders attached to each axle. Allows limited steering when the engine is not running. A switch on the control panel is used to select rear-wheel steering, four-wheel steering, or crab steering. Electronic sensors and control box automatically align the steering when a new mode is selected.

Compact in size, the height for the IC-200-3G is 7.11 ft/2.41 m and the width is 7.10 ft/2.39 m. Standard Rated Capacity Limiter that warns the operator of impending overload with audible and visual signals, and stopping boom functions in the event of overloads. To prevent damage to the hoist rope/crane components from pulling the load hook against the tip, there is an anti-two-block device. The operator compartment provides one-position access to all chassis and crane controls. Includes adjustable operator’s seat, retracting seat belt, fire extinguisher, and bubble level.
