The Broderson IC-200 – 3H is an industrial carry deck crane, its compact size makes it great for maintenance projects in constrained environments and easy transport. With its low profile and heavy-duty chassis, this carry deck crane provides versatile operating maneuvers.

The maximum lift capacity is 30,000 lbs on outriggers. Using four hydraulic out & down outriggers of box-beam construction with direct-connected holding valves the operator can independently control each outrigger. The main boom length is 53 ft/16.15 m and capable of 360° continuous rotation. The max. tip height is 73.8 ft/22.4 m (with extension) and the max horizontal reach is 66 ft/20.1 m (with extension). The boom is a 4 section hydraulic sectional boom with a worm drive box for greater reliability.

The engine can be either an EPA Tier 2 Duel Fuel V‑6 or EPA Tier 4i diesel. It comes with a powershift transmission. With 4 speeds forward and reverse, the operator can power shift at any engine speed in any gear. Equipped with a hydraulic-powered turret-mounted planetary gear system, it’s capable of low-speed power to lift heavy loads and a high-speed setting for faster cycle times when lifting lighter loads. Capable of multiple steering configurations, the driver can choose from rear steer, round steer, or crab steering. Electronic sensors and control box automatically align the steers when a new mode is selected.

Compact in size, the height for the IC-200 – 3H is 8 ft/2.45 m and the width is 7 ft/2.4 m. For safety features, there’s a Drum Rotation Indicator which provides better awareness of boom rotation and position. To eliminate sudden load swings inherent in pivot mounted axles, a rubber-mounted axle/suspension removes the need for axle oscillation lockouts.it has a Rated Capacity Limiter that warns the operator of impending overload with audible and visual signals and stopping boom functions in the event of overloads.
