The Terex/Comedil CTT 121A‑5 is a flat top tower crane has a maximum lift capacity of 5 metric tons (5.5 U.S. tons). The maximum jib length is 55m (180 ft.), and the lifting capacity while jib is at maximum length is 1.75 metric tons (1.93 U.S. tons). Multiple tower configuration and operational jib set ups can be set to adapt to the specific job site. This crane sets up quickly with pre-assembled aluminum ladders and platform for comfortable and quick assembly making transport easier.
The CTT model cranes have been redesigned with better slewing maneuverability and high precision. Terex Transfer maps come with the crane. The mats allow crane parts from other models to be combined. Multiple configurations can be created while at the same time, transfer mats help reinforce the stability of the crane.
The Terex CTT 162 – 8 features an ergonomic cab which provides the comfort required for working long hours on the job. The main motors and electrical panels are easy to reach from the cabin platform.
