Tadano ATF 110G-5 Crane Overview and Specifications

The Tadano ATF 110 G‑5 is an all-terrain crane with a maximum lift capacity of 130 tons. It has a maximum boom length of 170.6 feet and a maximum jib length of 105 feet. The boom of the ATF 110 G‑5 is a telescopic boom made of high tensile fine-grained steel.

The boom is made up of four telescoping sections and one base section. Six sheaves were added to the boom head to increase power and stability. The outrigger system is made up of 4 point telescopic hydraulic outriggers that can be controlled on both sides of the carrier and in the cab.

The carrier of the Tadano ATF 110 G‑5 is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 471 LA engine. This diesel engine has 6 cylinders, is water-cooled, is rated at 530 horsepower, and has a 159-galgallon fuel tank. The superstructure engine is also made by Mercedes-Benz. The OM 934 LA is a 4 cylinder, water cooled, diesel engine. It has a 58-galgallon gas tank and is rated at 175 horsepower. The transmission system is made up of a type 12 AS 2531 ZF AS-Tronic transmission, with an integrated intarder, an electro-pneumatically actuated dry clutch, and a fully automatic transmission control system. The steering system is a ZF-Servocom. It is a dual-circuit hydraulic steering system with an emergency steering pump.
