The Terex HC 275 is a hydraulic crawler crane, with easy installation due to its hydraulic counterweight removal system it simplifies installation and transport.

The HC 275 has a max. lifting capacity of 249.5 metric tons (275 U.S. tons). The main boom made of a tubular chord can reach up to 91.4 m (300 ft).

This crane features a high-power Cummins Tier4 Final QSL 9‑C diesel engine with a 180-gallon fuel tank, pushing 325 HP/2,000 rpm. A variable displacement hydraulic system provides maximum reliability and precise load control. An open circuit system has 2 variable displacement piston pumps which supply power to the travel and hosting functions, and 3 gear pumps provide power for swing, hydraulic cylinders, and pilot pressure. Equipped with 2 winches, a main and auxiliary there is an optional third. The drums have powerup/​down capabilities and load hoists are further controllable in stepless mode. There’s ample workspace in front of the drums makes it easy for cable installation and maintenance.

The car body is made of fabricated steel with deep box square axles for the crawler side frames. Created with precision machined top supports anti-friction swing circle and multiple pass hydraulic swivel joint. The crawlers have high alloy steel tumbler yokes and rigid fabricated structures with a built-in sealed automatic lubrication system. The side frames can be extended or retracted using cylinders inside the car body.

The cabin is ergonomically designed with spacious viewing and comfortable operation. With easy to operate modular controls reduces operator fatigue and increases productivity. The load moment indicator features an interactive screen allowing the operator to select different modes for the appropriate setting.
