Comansa LCL500 Load Chart and Specs — Luffing Jib Tower Cranes

Comansa LCL500 crane series are luffing jib tower cranes, excellent for working in congested city areas. Their small slewing radius allows and heavy lifting capabilities are ideal in urban areas.

There are two models within the series — Comansa LCL500-24T and Comansa LCL500-30T

Comansa LCL500-24T tower crane has a max. lift capacity of 26.45 U.S. tons. The max. jib length is 213.25 ft., the lifting capacity, while the jib is at maximum length, is 5.18 U.S. tons. It also features an automatic reeving change mechanism that allows the crane to switch from 12 to 24-ton capacity in seconds. The crane comes equipped with a 65 kW hoist and can be upgraded for an optional 110 kW hoist if needed.

Comansa LCL500-30T is a free-standing stationary luffing jib tower crane. Its structural components, platforms, and cabin are easy to set up and install. This tower crane has a maximum lift capacity of 33 U.S. tons. The max. jib extension length is 213.25 ft., while the lifting capacity at max. length is 4.62 U.S. tons. The LCL 500 – 30t has a max. freestanding mast height of 224 ft. The crane uses a 65 kW hoist with 624.67 ft. of rope with an optional 110 kW hoist. A new automatic reeving change mechanism allows the operator to switch from 12 metric tons to 30 metric tons in seconds, allowing the crane to adapt to the job site and work efficiently.

Comansa LCL series uses frequency-controlled drives that makes carrying and moving loads smooth and effortless and are used on both luffing and hoist movement. Safety is always important when dealing with cranes; Comansa’s security system helps prevent the crane from moving anywhere from which the radius limitations have been set.
