p> The Link-Belt TCC-1100 is a telescopic crawler crane, built for remarkable control, reliability, and capacity performance on any terrain. Equipped with the exclusive A‑max mode which substantially increases capacities for in-close, maximum capacity picks and provides the operator the capability to match the crane’s configuration to specific job site conditions. Transporting this crane takes 3 – 4 loads to complete.

The TCC1100 has a max. lifting capacity of 100 metric tons (110 U.S. tons). The 5 sectional boom can reach up to 45.7 (150 ft) and has a tip height of 48.6 m (159 ft).

The crane features a high-power Cummins QSL Tier4 6 cylinder diesel engine with a 110-gallon fuel tank, pushing 320 HP. The crane uses a hydraulic pump system, the pump arrangement is designed to provide hydraulically powered functions allowing positive, precise control with independent or simultaneous operation of all crane functions. All hoist motors are equipped with counterbalance valves to provide positive load lowering and prevent accidental load drop if the hydraulic pressure is suddenly lost.

The crawler mounting lower frame is an all-welded construction frame with precision machined surfaces for turntable bearing and rotating joint. What makes this crawler crane unique is its extendable and retractable axle beam controlled by a hydraulic cylinder mounted inside the beams. Making it capable of adapting to tighter spaces and adjust to the terrain for better maneuvering.

The cab has an ergonomic design and insulated against noise and vibration giving the operator comfort for those long working hours. The cabin can tilt 0 – 20 degrees for better vision when operating. The operating system is Link-Belt Pulse, designed as a total crane operating system. It includes the rated capacity limiter, boom extend mode controller (EMC), self-diagnostic capabilities and continuous monitoring of multiple crane functions and conditions
