COMANSA LCL500 LOAD CHART AND SPECS — LUFFING JIB TOWER CRANES

Comansa LCL310 crane series are luffing jib tower cranes that come in three different models. The Comansa LCL310 series uses the jib and mast modular design, allowing the parts to be dismantled, making it easier to transport and put back together. Certain parts can be used interchangeably with other crane parts to help configure the crane best for the job site. You have the option of using an internal climbing unit or braces.

There are three models within the series — Comansa LCL310-12T, Comansa LCL310-18T, and Comansa LCL310-24T

Comansa LCL 310 – 12t is the smallest of the LCL310 series. The max. height of the crane is 193.5 ft. This tower crane has a max. lift capacity of 13.2 U.S. tons. The max. jib length is 213 ft. when the jib is at max. length, it can lift 3.85 U.S. tons. The crane can be set up using either an undercarriage or concrete anchors. The crane comes equipped with a 50 kW hoist unit with 2591 ft. of rope, with an option to upgrade the rope length and a 65 kW hoist.

Comansa LCL310-18T has a max. height of 193 ft with a maximum lift capacity of 19.8 U.S. tons. The max. jib length is 213 ft., and lifting capacity, when the jib is at max. length, it can lift 3.85 U.S. tons. This crane also has a bigger cabin, which Comansa calls the Panoramic Cabin XL, which has more room and even a mini-fridge so the operator can enjoy their lunch without leaving the crane.

Comansa LCL310-24T is a luffing jib tower crane, the largest in the 310 series. Its heavy lifting capabilities are ideal for getting the job done in crowded sites such as urban areas. This tower crane has a max. lift capacity of 26.45 U.S. tons, a max. jib length of 213.25 ft. The lifting capacity while jib is at max. length is 3.5 U.S. tons. The max. height it reaches is 193.5 ft. To help reduce assembly time and labor, the hoist and luffing cables come from the factory with pre-installed reeving.

The jibs for the Comansa LCL1310 series are composed of 7 parts, and when fully retracted, it uses 3 parts. Variable counterweights can be used depending on the length and weight of the load. You have the option of using an internal climbing unit or braces. This type of interchangeability means more jobs are done with a single crane.
