Liebherr LR 1300 LOAD CHART AND SPECS — Crawler CRANES

There are three models within Liebherr LR 1300 crane series — Liebherr LR 1300, Liebherr LR 1300 SX, and Liebherr LR 1300.1 SX. All Liebherr LR 1300 cranes are crawler cranes with 330 toon capacity. These cranes are quick and easy to assemble and are both practical and cost-effective.

Liebherr LR 1300 Crawler Crane has a maximum lifting capacity of 330 tons with a main boom maximum length of 393 feet. Liebherr’s strong duty cycle crawler cranes are among the most innovative of any manufacturer, with superior lift capacities in most configurations, and state-of-the-art CANBUS electronic systems, and redundant safety systems.

Liebherr LR 1300SX features a high-power Liebherr D 856 A7 SCR engine with a 238-gallon fuel tank, pushing 270 HP/2,000 rpm. This crane comes with the main winch, luffing jib winch, and boom winch. The winches are compact in design and easy to assemble. The hydraulic system uses an axial displacement pump that supplies the open-loop hydraulic system for boom luffing, jib luffing, and travel. The main hoist winches and swing are operated in a closed-loop system. All functions can be operated simultaneously. The crawler’s propulsion uses an axial piston motor, hydraulically released spring-loaded multi-disc brake, and hydraulic chain tensioning. The swing consists of roller bearings with external teeth. There are 2 swing modes, speed control or free swing.

The Liebherr LR1300.1 SX is the newest generation of the LR1300 line of crawler cranes. The LR1300.1 SX has a maximum load capacity of 331 US tons, a maximum hoist height of 554 ft, and a maximum lifting radius of 370 ft.

With safety and ease of use in mind, the LR1300.1 SX is the newest generation of crawler cranes from Liebherr. Safety features include:

Wind speed detection, in which if conditions become too dangerous a system (what is this called>) notifies the operator

New ground pressure visualization calculates the current ground pressure in real-time and compares the current with specific safety limits

Multifunctional boom systems allow the user to enjoy maximum flexibility while adapting to current conditions

Liebherr LR 1300 crane series has an ergonomic design and is insulated against noise and vibration giving the operator comfort for those long working hours. The control system developed by Liebherr includes all operating and control functions of the crane and permits very delicate and secure lifting.
