Liebherr LR-1700 is a Crawler Crane with a maximum load capacity of 770 tons. The maximum hoist height is 643 feet with a max radius of 525 feet.

The new LR 1700 is a highly capable machine that has the same basic dimensions as its predecessor but can handle significantly more weight due to an overhauled base design the two models also share many parts together. The structural steelwork for the crawler has been made particularly robust and the size of the rollers has been increased to minimize wear when moving on the crawler travel gear.
