Our business requires the right real estate to be successful. Bigge and its affiliates have assembled a portfolio of multiple crane-specific facilities across the country spanning hundreds of acres. We understand what it requires to acquire, stabilize, permit, and build out equipment-focused facilities. We like to own real estate and seek the opportunity to partner with similar businesses on funding, acquiring, or advising on their real estate needs. Bigge continues to grow across the US. We seek opportunities to acquire, invest in, or lend capital to crane rental, crane sales, equipment rental, equipment sales, and construction services companies. We are nimble and flexible in our approach and can move quickly to drive a transaction to completion. As a fourth-generation, family-owned business, Bigge understands family transition, estate planning, and tax considerations very well.
