COMANSA LCL190 LOAD CHART AND SPECS — LUFFING JIB TOWER CRANES

Comansa LCL190 tower crane series are free-standing stationary luffing jib tower cranes. Comansa designed the LCL series for more straightforward transport by creating a modular system that breaks down large components and makes them lighter. Many parts are interchangeable with other Comansa tower models creating many configurations that work best for the job.

There are two models within the series — Comansa LCL190-12t and Comansa LCL190-18t.

Comansa LCL190-12t is a luffing jib tower crane that has a max. freestanding height of 207 ft. This tower crane has a max. lift capacity of 13.8 U.S. tons. The max. jib length is 213.25 ft. when the jib is at max. length, it can lift 1.65 U.S. tons. The LCL 190 12t comes equipped with a 50 kW hoist unit, but there is a 65 kW option if needed. Hoist and luffing cables are pre-installed with reevings from the factory. The hoisting mechanism works with the EffiPlus system, which uses a hydraulic push and retention system.

Comansa LCL190-18t has a max. freestanding height of 207 ft. and a max. lift capacity of 19.84 U.S. tons. The max. jib length is 213.25 ft., and the lifting capacity, when the jib is max. length, it can lift 1.65 U.S. tons. The crane comes equipped with a 50 kW hoist unit and an option for a 65 kW hoist. The hoist and luffing cables are pre-installed with reeving, helping reduce time.

Comansa LCL190 crane series comes with The EffiPlus system, which allows moving and lifting materials smooth without sudden stops. What makes the LCL series different from other tower cranes is that the hoisting mechanisms are placed in the front, near the cabin, instead of mounted on the counter jib. When fully extended, the jib is composed of 7 sections; when fully retracted, it uses three sections.
